Job Title: Community Manager – Toolchain für Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d) (m/div.)

Job Description: As a Community Manager – Software Engineering Toolchain (m/w/d) you act as a central interface to support and build our internal and external developer community. They ensure user support and effective feedback management to continuously improve our software toolchain. They moderate our community channels, answer enquiries and actively promote exchange among members. You enter, analyze and forward user feedback directly to product development. You create and maintain knowledge content such as guides, FAQs and best practice examples and design community activities such as webinars or theme days.

Qualifications: • Training: completed university studies, e.g. in technical communication, computer science, communication sciences or a comparable qualification • Personality and Operation: Embossed communication and moderation capabilities, high service orientation, joy in solving technical questions and a structured, independent and proactive way of working • Experience and knowledge: multi-year professional experience in community management or technical support, ideally in the software or embedded environment. Good understanding of software development processes, experience in creating technical content (trustorials, blog posts) as well as safe handling of community platforms (foren, social media) • Languages: Very good German and English skills
