In order to implement our construction projects, we are now looking for a motivated/n expert:in Civil Works (m/w/d) for our Engineering & Construction division. Location is one of our Alterric sites (e.g. Bremen, Aurich, Hannover, Oldenburg, Mainz, Herrenberg, Husum, Magdeburg, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Rostock) or throughout Germany in mobile work. In the field of engineering & construction, we take on the exciting task of implementing the technical planning and construction of energy projects on land. Once the projects have been set up in the development phase and the investment decision has been taken, our responsibility is to successfully accompany these projects until You are handed over to the company.

Our work focuses particularly on efficient project management and construction coordination to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We attach great importance to adhering to all necessary permits, ensuring quality, protecting our environment and ensuring the highest safety standards.

Planning of wind park access as well as crane and installation areas in complex terrain Support and advice of project participants from the planning phase in the topics of construction design commissioning, coordination and testing of detailed and execution planning in civil engineering (e.g. for foundations, paths, crane surfaces and mounting surfaces) Cost calculation, creation of performance directories and support of tender procedures Preparation and monitoring of the construction phase of wind energy projects (reconstruction and repowering projects) commissioning and evaluation of floor inspections, transport-to-ceiling studies, test statistics Voting with the WEA manufacturer on the topics of construction and construction Checking and billing of construction services in coordination with the building management on site Ensuring complete construction site documentation
