In our Powertrain project coordination department of all RWD (Rear-wheel drive) hybrid variants, you will get a comprehensive overview of the different hybrid models of Mercedes-Benz AG and support the important development processes. For our Defect Management team, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified person who supports us in ensuring the quality and reliability of our hybrids. These challenges include: Responsibility for system maintenance and provision of measurement data in the continuous running of the P2 hybrids Management and updating of test systems and databases Ensuring data integrity and quality Analysis and documentation of measurement data during the test phases Working with application teams to troubleshoot and optimize Creation of reports and presentations on the test results Support in the further development and improvement of test methods The activity can begin from March 2026.

Degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in system maintenance and data management Knowledge in Word, PowerPoint and Excel for the documentation of data Analytical skills and a structured working method Teamability and Communication Strength Advantageous knowledge of hybrid technology Driver's license class B Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
