Claim Manager (m/f/d)

Supporting national and international projects in overwater and underwater areas as an expert for operational claim management Proactive support of the projects in identifying deviations and claims as well as ensuring a timely, regular documentation in the specified IT tool Examination and processing of all claims-relevant facts including interface partners (project management, engineering, purchasing, LEX, insurance) Regular reporting according to project requirements, organisation and implementation of claim reviews, and development of claim strategies and the creation of decision templates for essential claims Monitoring and implementation of claims negotiations and support for task forces in complex, project-wide situations

successfully completed studies (uni, TU, FH) of economic, engineering or legal sciences or a comparable degree; as an alternative equivalent qualifications through multiannual professional experience and corresponding further training Experience in developing complex projects, especially at interdisciplinary interfaces, ideally in an international context German and English skills Good technical understanding and the ability to clearly structure economic relationships solution-oriented work, sovereign appearance, clear communication and secure moderation and presentation skills; Joy in the application and further development of interdisciplinary competences
