Support, integration and optimization of existing products, including the identification and implementation of potential improvements Development and presentation of specialist concepts and IT implementation concepts with focus on coordination and solution finding Control and execution of tests, including further development and optimization for the automation of test processes Consulting and support of customers, including the proactive development of strategies for customer success Conducting deep data analysis and deriving recommendations for support in decision-making processes Process control and ensuring smooth cooperation between internal and external partners deriving and implementing measures from the analysis of market trends to optimize the customer journey and product strategy Control of measures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (especially in the DORA context)
