Head of Group Auditing (m/f/d)

As a group management, you take over the leadership of a team of 7-8 employees. Together with your team, you are responsible for testing supplier invoices on behalf of our independent merchants In this context, you analyze existing processes, identify sources of errors in the auditing process and develop sustainable solutions to remedy them. In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of existing and new work processes and structures You are in close contact with our markets and supplying companies and work across areas with internal interfaces such as purchasing and IT Another focus of your activity is the promotion and further development of your team to ensure continuous performance and employee satisfaction Finally, you will report regularly to the responsible department management on the operational day-to-day business and the progress of ongoing projects

You have well-founded management experience, ideally in the environment of wholesale or retail In addition, you are characterized by a high number affinity, a pronounced analytical ability and a profound process understanding, complemented by a strong IT affinity You address questions openly and solution-oriented and understand process optimization as an important component for a sustainablely successful and future-oriented company Your profile is rounded off by comprehensive knowledge of MS O365 applications and practical experience in handling PowerQuery (Power BI) within MS Excel
