Independent and sustainable acquisition work of defined customers Building and expanding long-term relationships in the enterprise environment with clear sales pipeline Active networking in the HR ecosystem – especially in Compensation & Benefits, HR management, Payroll and relevant decision-makers:inside Control of all internal and external stakeholders – in particular account managers:inside (internal) and partner company (external) Planning and execution of trade fairs, roadshows, location actions and HR events for customer acquisition and brand reinforcement Development of individual campaigns and activation impulses to increase product baskets and user numbers

Completion of commercial or technical training or study or comparable qualification First experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR or Benefit environment Secure stakeholder management at decision-making level (HR, Purchasing, Finance) Ability to explain complex products easily and understandably High consulting and completion skills as well as routine in dealing with sales processes in enterprise structures Embossed self-organization and ownership in a decentralized team High social competence, empathy and clear, professional communication skills German and good knowledge of English in word and writing High travel readiness of about 40%
