You are the central contact person for our ERP landscape (Business Central + LS Central) and interface to our implementation partner You enter and configure our cash registers (LS Retail POS): software rollouts, update coordination, POS layouts (menu, buttons, profiles) and permissions for the branch teams You plan, test and accompany BC updates including our extensions, tune test cases with the disciplines and release the releases You create offers and promotions (Periodic Discounts) in LS Central and secure the correct price and discount logic in stores You tax our inventory from preparation to execution in stores to booking and evaluation You keep puggling and developing product, price and master data continuously and ensure data quality in BC, LSC and connected systems You enter the interfaces to payment service providers (e.g. JayPay, EC devices), the webshop and the Loyalty program You support accounting for relevant topics (payment balance, reminding, correction bookings) on the system side, and you are an advocate for authorization and user questions from all branches
You bring multi-year professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally with LS Central or LS Retail You feel at home in the care of cash systems, POS configuration and interface topics You bring basic commercial understanding (goods management, warehouse and booking logic), a commercial training is not absolutely necessary You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and can translate technical topics to users in a comprehensible manner You are safe to handle larger amounts of data (Excel, SQL) and also find yourself well in BI/reporting topics like Looker Studio You are ready to be regularly in our local branches and implement changes directly with the teams Experience in food or specialty retailing is advantageous
