You work in a kita, where inclusion, diversity, lived religious education and movement education are important components of everyday pedagogy. Together with your colleagues, you will develop educational processes, develop ideas and contribute to the further development of our kita. You have a completed educational training, e.g. as an educator (m/w/d). * You meet people openly and appreciated, live diversity and take the needs and prospects of children seriously. You understand educational work as a joint process in which you learn from each other, support each other and actively shape the kita. For our two jobs we are looking for you with experience in family center work. You develop family offers, implement them independently and accompany them in the afternoon. Take into account the different needs of the families and create lively encounter and support opportunities. The job is to be filled in full-time (39 hours/week) or part-time (32 hours/week).
