Do you enjoy working independently and in close collaboration with UX designers, product owners, software developers and other stakeholders? Then part of our creative UX team in Kirchheim near Munich will be able to work regularly at the Home Office.

As a UX designer at Genoa, you decide where to see the greatest potential for even better user experience. You can actively participate in new features and drive projects. The following tasks await you: Conception and implementation of UX design and usability solutions for various products from the Genoa portfolio Analysis and coordination of user requirements in close cooperation with Product Owners, Developers and Requirements Engineers Creation of user concepts (e.g. mockups, workflows, prototypes or similar forms of representation) in dialogue with stakeholders Advising and supporting product owners and development teams during the implementation phase Construction, maintenance and further development of the UX area in Confluence Creation and processing of graphics and icons for product GUIs Evaluation of implemented concepts by expert reviews and usability tests Own planning and implementation of User Research to collect user and customer requirements Care and development of the GUI-Styleguide

Complete study in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science & Design or a comparable field or relevant UX/Usability experience, ideally in the environment of technical and complex B2B products Basic knowledge of computer science and network technology Knowledge of common UX methods and user research methods as well as a thorough understanding of user-centric design processes Experience in handling Axure RP (or comparable UX tools) for creating mockups and prototypes Experience in cooperation with product owners and development teams or corresponding project experience in studies Ability to analyse, structure and understand complex technical issues Sovereign appearance on presentation and discussion of UX concepts Very good German knowledge (C1) as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing Safety-oriented, independent and team-oriented working Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
