Manager / Senior Manager Insurance - Finance & Controlling (w|m|d)

In your role as (Senior) manager:in you take responsibility in challenging projects and drive issues further in the insurance environment. Your specific focus depends on your level of experience. Future areas of activity: Takeover of (partial) responsibility in acquisitions and project constellations

Building and further developing our knowledge base with a focus on: Accounting (HGB / IFRS) Controlling, in particular financial controlling Cost and efficiency projects Corporate Finance, e.g. in the context of consolidation processes (optional, depending on profile)

Active participation in market management and willingness to take responsibility in client coverage

Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in the design of market and project topics. Additional tasks as senior manager:in As a senior manager:in you take a visible role in the expert and set impulses in projects, acquisition processes and market management: Sparrings- und Fach:r Discussion Partner:in the creation and further development of market and project documents

Pulse generator: in acquisition processes and accompaniment of the project implementation as a recognised technical authority

Support for networking, including conference participation and maintenance of an active personal network

Very good Master or Diploma in Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree

Multiannual (Manager:in) or long-term (Senior Manager:in) relevant professional experience in the insurance or consulting environment

Knowledge of accounting and controlling

Embossed analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and convincing communication skills

Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level, safe to negotiate) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level, fluent) in word and writing.

Of advantage, but not required: experience in a leading audit firm The CFA certificate, an academic qualification or the auditor exam
