Control and support of demanding procurement projects in project and investment goods purchase – from demand analysis to successful contract implementation Close cooperation with technical departments as well as central corporate functions such as financial accounting and legal department to ensure efficient purchasing processes Analysis, evaluation and comparison of offers and preparation of sound award decisions taking into account technical, economic and strategic criteria Self-governing of price, contract and contract negotiations including coordination of legal frameworks with internal and external stakeholders Strategic and operational support and further development of defined product groups Active participation in the optimization and digitization of purchasing and business processes Establishment, support and sustainable development of national and international supplier relations and identification of new procurement markets and partners

Completed studies in the field of economic/legal sciences, economic engineering, BWL or comparable Experience in the care of complex procurement projects, preferably in the purchase of capital goods Good knowledge in the management of price and contract negotiations and a safe occurrence in exchange with internal and external contact persons Understanding contract law issues as well as safe application in the creation, testing and coordination of contract documents in the purchasing environment Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP/R3) and MS-Office German and English knowledge in word and writing
