Development and introduction of processes to continuously improve internal processes with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction Coordination of operations in connection with the service and development of offers to the customer for pre-dry dock assessments, repairs, service operations, new installations, spare parts suggestions on board cruise ships Planning and calculation of the service life as well as the personnel requirements of Dry Docks for ordered maintenance, new orders, retrofitting, always in the global focus Testing, planning and control of all applications at Marine customers Creation and communication of project schedules (after Gantt) for smooth operation Implementation of the necessary work until the end of the project Order processing, reporting, documentation including verification and approval of the service reports technical management of the service technicians in external operations in the project Interface between design, project planning and the technical department for after-sales Processing and monitoring of your own Marine Claim System Support of the MEIKO Academy in training of dealers and partners in the Marine Segment

a completed training as a technical specialist in electrical engineering or comparable expertise with practical experience analytical capabilities to monitor product quality good computer skills (MS Office, SAP FSM**; Use of databases) readiness to travel strong customer and service orientation independent working and team skills very good problem solving and communication skills Treatable English
