Preparation and production of invoices in the framework of service contracts (in particular for business management and project services) and examination of the contract documents and maintenance of relevant conditions in the systems Ensuring a structured deposit of all billing-relevant documents as well as support for dunning and receivable management including reporting Detection of deferred receivables in the context of monthly and annual accounts and support in reporting, planning and forecasting Participation in order controlling and active development of automation and digitization of billing processes Close cooperation with asset management and business controlling as well as support in master data management and in settlement processes in the systems.

Commercial training with optional additional training First professional experience in the field of finance, accounting or controlling – ideally experience in the manufacture of service orders and dunning An analytical way of thinking and a good understanding of commercial processes Experience with SAP (Module SD, FI), good knowledge in Excel Team spirit, accuracy, communication strength and enforcement capability Responsibility and design will Very good German knowledge and the security to express you clearly on at least B2 level
