Media Engineer at the News Center (m/f/d)

In your role as a media engineer, you actively shape the digital development of our media company. Currently your focus is on AI-based solutions in media production, monitoring current developments in artificial intelligence and support in the introduction of new technologies. Another focus is on the automation and optimization of production processes. These priorities can change as needed.

Working with the planning and introduction of sophisticated AI and cloud technologies or independent design and implementation of AI topics within a defined area, currently in the Edit and Content Management area Cooperation in challenging operating projects and investment projects including acquisition of subprojects or Partial responsibilities Administration of networked media production systems Identification of Improvement Potential and Implementation of Optimized Workflows Developing and implementing Havarie strategies, troubleshooting and error analysis Technical contact for internal and external stakeholders Taking special tasks, e.g. creating decision templates, SLAs, operating concepts Working with the design and implementation of automated workflows as well as low code/no code applications using suitable platforms for process automation and AI integration

Completed relevant studies from the media sector (e.g. media technology, information technology) or similar Multiannual professional experience as a media engineer:in, ideally with focus on AI technologies Experience in the automation of processes and in the design of AI-based assistance and chatbot solutions Routinized handling of the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot-based assistance solutions) Extensive knowledge in the creation of technical concepts Experience in project management Embossed communication skills and very independent and structured working methods Very good German and good English skills
