Role Connector in property operations for production and management for building electrical installations

Control of service providers for commissioning, maintenance and maintenance of electrical engineering, including network and system configuration (user and role management)

Maintenance of technical documentation in the CAFM system (Planon) including structuring of plant master data, interface documentation as well as maintenance of digital twins and system topologies

Cooperation in the execution of fault analyses, troubleshooting and optimization of existing plants

Link between service provider, customer and ZEISS with associated coordination of requirements, change management and coordination of rollouts and updates

Senior Consultant (m/w/x)

Professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally with switching rating up to 20 kV

Experience in handling CAFM systems (e.g. Planon) desirable

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. TestVO, VDE, DIN)

Experience in controlling external service providers and first practice in project processing

Embossed technical understanding, analytical thinking and high quality and sense of responsibility

Team-oriented, structured and solution-oriented operation with high customer orientation

Embossed communication skills for stakeholder management (internal and external partners)
