These varied tasks await you: Further development & quality optimization of the technical documentation of all CADENAS software products – with focus on clarity, structure and user benefits Conception & Creation Use-Case-based content: from precise micro content to context-sensitive help texts to understandable, holistic guides Building and continuous care of a context-sensitive online help in close coordination with UI/UX, development and product management Development of modern learning formats such as feature videos, interactive tutorials and e‐learning modules Future-oriented documentation through AI-based workflows – from automated content creation to intelligent structuring Evaluation & Introduction AI-based tools for automatically generating documentation from incidents, support tickets, presentations, technical specifications or release notes Development of an internal “AI Documentation Workflows” including quality assurance & post-processing AI-generated content Cross-functional cooperation with product management, development, QA, support and internal users

With your qualifications you convince us: Experience gained in the technical documentation of software products, ideally using use-case or task-based methodology Ability to prepare complex technical relationships clearly, structured and user-oriented; Experience with CAD/CAE or data processes of advantage Secure handling of modern author systems - XML‐based or Docs‐as-Code / Markdown Practical experience in using AI tools for documentation, e.g. automated content generation, structuring, quality assurance Experience in building, evaluating and developing AI-based documentation workflows Very good knowledge of German and English Basic understanding of software architectures & UX logics analytical, structured thinking and communication and voting strength; independent and team-oriented working
