Senior fitter electrical engineering - construction management / VDE (m/f/d)

In recent years we have numerous projects such as Lufthansa Lounges, Zalando, Starbucks, Sony Center am Potsdamer Platz, Booking.com, Nivea Haus Berlin, Madame Tussauds, Camper (Berlin), ESPRIT, American Embassy, Muji etc. implemented throughout the federal territory for national and international clients. You are responsible for the entire operational management of the construction site, control the assembly work and ensure compliance with dates, quality and safety regulations (VDE). You guide your assembly team professionally and disciplinaryly and coordinate the use of subcontractors as a central contact person. As a communicative interface, keep the direct wire to the project management, to the customers and to your team to ensure a smooth running. You plan and monitor the material disposition to ensure that your team is optimally equipped at any time. You create precise dimensions and provide complete technical documentation that serves as the basis for successful project accounting.

You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronic or electrician. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a fitter and have ideally led first projects at the construction site. You are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE) and provide knowledge in project management. With your communication strength and your organizational talent, your team is responsible and motivating. Negotiating German knowledge for the smooth coordination with all parties round off your profile.
