Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure a smooth reorder. Care for order, control and movement in the warehouse, from receipt of goods to professional storage and regular damage testing. Coordinate activities of after-contractors on the premises and be reliable contact persons in daily operation. Document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency. Lead complaints solution-oriented for clarification and help resolve problems quickly and professionally. Responsibility for the furniture stock and inventory as a conscientious inventory manager (m/w/d). Your profile Completed training in the warehouse or logistics area – alternatively handcrafted-technical background. Experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) as well as safe handling with MS Office. ⚙️ Technical understanding of drawings and processes in the warehouse as a logical system. Ideally, possession of a fork certificate. ✔️ Structured, reliable and independent working – even in turbulent situations. ️ Team player with tackling and clear communication (very good knowledge of German, solid knowledge of English at least.
