Completed training as an mechatronics technician; followed by a successfully completed master qualification (KFZ Master) Several years of management experience in a comparable role Excellent technical understanding and practical skills A responsible, well-organised approach to work, with a genuine enjoyment of guiding and motivating a team Very good German skills; English is an advantage, along with confidence using common software applications
