Tasks The position of the (Junior) Calculator (m/w/d) at Ten Brinke is characterized by the fact that you are involved in the development of a project in this position from the beginning to the end. After an apprenticeship period, you will automatically create budgets. As (Junior) Kalkulator (m/w/d), you have a good interaction with the project team, where you are both supporting and consulting. In addition, you are responsible for the independent costing of all the projects. Your duties include: Examination of tender documents Digital mass determinations from plans and 3D models Creating cost estimates Creation of quotations and work calculations Offer creation with construction description Retrieval of entrepreneurial offers Updating basics and key figures for costing Work in the project team with project management, planning and work preparation Optimize the work process

Ideally a completed training as a civil engineer or construction technician (FH/TU/TH) or a comparable technical training Ideally, first professional experience in costing / cost estimation or in the handling of technically demanding construction projects Finded knowledge in the current MS Office programs and in common calculation programs, preferably IBIS bike entrepreneurial thinking Own initiative, openness, team capacity, commitment Responsibility and reliability
