Personnel administration and support from recruitment to contract termination Contract and document management Maintenance of digital personal files and master data in the SAP HCM system Professional time and date management (e.g. sampling times, deadlines) Administrative Monitoring of Recruiting Processes

A successfully completed commercial training, ideally professional experience in human resources or knowledge in the field of labour law Good MS Office knowledge, interest in digital HR tools Self-employed, structured and targeted Reliability, sense of responsibility and discretion High social competence and team skills and service orientation
