You shall examine the performance of the contracted companies and assess whether the contractually agreed services have been fully and professionally provided. You check the professional care of green and grey areas in the property during regular visits on site You recognize and document defects and bad performances, create independent deficiencies reports and advertisements and request the contractually agreed services to the contracted companies You keep an overview of the properties and services to be supervised, provide appropriate overviews and keep them up to date You support the preparation of tenders for the winter service, create lists of services and execution plans in CAD (2D) and agree closely with the engineers of the department and the local property managers.
