For our demanding and varied construction projects in Berlin we are looking for a:n construction manager:in (m/w/d) in the field of turnkey construction. There is an interesting and challenging task field, exciting challenges and a strong team that places great emphasis on cohesion. You take over the planning, organization and control of our construction projects in turn-key construction. The negotiation with specialist engineers: both inside and after-contractors is in your area of responsibility. They are responsible for meeting schedules and cost schedules and always ensure our high quality standards within your project area. In addition, you run the technical construction site personnel and implement BIM work methods. The implementation of the work costing and the plan examination for the construction projects completes your task.

They have completed their studies or a comparable vocational training, as well as at least 5-10 years of professional experience in a construction company. They bring experience in the application of billing and costing programs. An independent and conceptual way of working, negotiating skills and enforcing skills distinguish your working style.
