Civil Engineer as Head of Road Maintenance (m/f/d)

Staff management and structural implementation You take over the leadership and thus have the personal and professional responsibility for a team with currently 2 employees. You are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of road conservation measures and support the development of principles and targets for strategic conservation planning. You prepare project-related conservation measures in the performance phases 5 and 6 of HOAI in a technical, timely and contractual manner and monitor the conservation measures (performance phases 8 and 9 HOAI) in terms of technical implementation, time and contract compliance. You control the various construction measures for any warranty claims within the time limits and implement them to the contractor. You work intensively with the street masters and represent the interests of the road construction administration. Communes and other authorities.

Experience and communication strength Completion of vocational education and training Bachelor's degree in the field of civil engineering, economic engineer/construction or a comparable subject or equivalent skills and experiences Long-term practical experience and knowledge in the applicable case law Advantages are leadership experiences Enforcement, negotiation skills and resilience Class B driving licence and the willingness to travel within the framework of the service tasks Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (comparable C1/C2)
