Your tasks – we will inspire you You are responsible for the organisation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external events, including the creative design of new event formats and the advice of our contractors. In doing so, you take over the holistic operational implementation of our events – from research, budgeting and supply pick-up to invitation management and accounting. You work closely with external and internal service providers, get comparison offers and tax event agencies. At our events you are responsible as a project manager for the coordination of all service providers and ensure a smooth running.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have a successfully completed business studies, a B.A. in event management or a comparable qualification. You look back on relevant professional experience in event management (possibly also in the care of anniversaries), also from an event agency. You can convince by your communicative, organizational and creative personality. Your affinity in dealing with digital media and your very good knowledge in MS Office are just as good as your flexibility.
