As Technical Sales Manager Food Industry (m/w/d) you combine food technology expertise with a strong customer orientation. You advise national and international food manufacturers and develop innovative solutions based on our stabilization systems for dairy products / Dairy.

You maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business potential. Not only are you convinced by your sales competence, but above all by your understanding of technological relationships, product developments and the requirements of modern food manufacturers. With your know-how in the field of food ingredients, you will form the important interface between customers, product development and production and accompany projects from the first idea to the successful market launch.

Own-sponsored support and strategic development of an existing national and international customer base Technical and sales advice from food manufacturers with a focus on hydrocolloids and stabilisation systems Accompanying customer projects from the first idea to successful implementation Close cooperation with our development department and other internal interfaces Planning and implementation of sales activities to expand your customer portfolio Participation in trade fairs, customer appointments and industry events in Germany and abroad

Successfully completed studies in food technology, food chemistry or a comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in technical sales, key account management or in a comparable function within the food industry Enthusiasm for food and its technological challenges Ideal knowledge in the field of hydrocolloides, stabilizers, food ingredients or additives Experience in dealing with food manufacturers and understanding of development and production processes Good market knowledge in the environment of the food industry, in particular in the area of Dairy and dairy products, are advantageous Representative communication and consulting skills High self-initiative, negotiation skills and readiness to travel Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
