As part of our team you will get an insight into the recruiting and the personal marketing of Stadtwerke Kiel AG. They are integrated directly into the daily operating business and actively participate. The following tasks are specifically waiting for you: They support the recruitment of trainees, students and professionals and take over tasks from the creation and switching of job advertisements to the independent conduct of job interviews You also work with former employees and potential applicants to maintain our talent pool. Participation in different recruiting fairs is also one of your tasks As part of Employer Branding, you actively shape our employer brand and take action such as sponsorship actions They support the organisation and implementation of assessment centers and other selection procedures We will also be happy to provide you with insights into operational personnel work, such as contract creation, billing, work certificates etc.

You study economics, social sciences, (economic)psychology or a comparable degree course - ideally with the focus on human resources Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the field of staff as part of internships or the like. Dealing with the current MS Office products is of course for you and you have no fear of touching yourself into new systems You have very good German skills With your hands-on mentality, you can take the initiative and look beyond the edge of the plate A pronounced level of communication, safety on the occurrence as well as an independent and structured procedure complete your profile
