You are conceptually and professionally responsible for the organisation and safeguarding of the nursing care of the residents. You agree with all participants the care processes, organize service meetings and further training and act as a link for our residents, guests, relatives and legal representatives. You bring your experience and expertise to thematic quality circles and help maintain and develop the quality of care at a high level. You will also ensure a steady development of your team by conducting employee talks and giving ideas enough space to unfold. You bring together innovative approaches for the implementation of legal innovations (e.g. personnel survey according to § 113c SGB XI) and are committed to modern care.

You have a completed training for nursing staff. Care management studies or a similar qualification with which you provide the prerequisite for recognition by the cost-beneficiaries. If you do not have your studies, we would like to look with you how we can develop you in a fixed period. You work constructively with the various colleagues, can motivate and take the initiative when decisions have to be taken. You represent facts convincing, appear binding and keep an overview.
