Your duties Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of professional staff Main contact partner for our multi-year contract Responsibility for reactive disorder elimination, preventive maintenance and after-contractor coordination on machines and plants (customised production facilities with robotics, automatic storage systems, cranes, lifting systems etc.) Staff and operational planning as well as need-oriented control of employees, machines and work equipment Development and maintenance of KPI-based reporting, leading internal and external control communication Operational and economic implementation of projects – from acquisition and supply creation to acceptance – in compliance with dates, quality and costs Active participation in practical maintenance and implementation of techn. Projects (Hands-on-Mentality) Ensuring complete performance and work documentation and implementation and further development of order and cleanliness Continuous improvement: improvement of systems and processes as well as further development of digitization with the central and the customer

Technical qualification: completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable; ideally a further education to the specialist, master, technician, Bachelor or Master Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in maintenance, plant engineering or testing service as well as management experience in comparable function (min. foreman/shift manager/project manager) Driving licence: Class B IT knowledge: Safe handling of the current MS Office applications Flexibility: readiness to day shift combined with readiness Operation: Impressed customer and service orientation, team skills and willingness to work into new technologies, tasks and project requirements Personality: Very good organizational skills, communication strength and a structured way of working, as well as a high degree of self-responsibility and resilience as is necessary within the scope of the described tasks Language: Very good German knowledge in word and writing
