You have a strong understanding of technology and actively engage with AI, automation and current HR-Tech trends. You have experience in the development and prioritization of Use Cases as well as in structured requirement management and successfully implements topics together with HR CoEs and IT. You have already managed teams, take responsibility for results and further development and convince with clear communication, consistent prioritization and a strong understanding of business impact and stakeholder management. You work structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented - also in dynamic or new topics.
