Fressnapf Filialmitarbeiter:inside all logistical concerns, such as delivery delays, special needs, order disorders or similar Ensuring optimal cross-disciplinary coordination with internal interfaces Supporting projects for performance enhancement and cost optimization in Key Account Logistics Coordination and preparation of market communications on logistical information Processing of complaints and credits

A successfully completed commercial training in the field of forwarding or wholesale A communicative personality with very good knowledge of German and English Good experiences in the current MS Office programs, ideally with first experiences in SAP Hands-on-Mentality and joy in telephone communication
