We offer exciting projects at our customers Airbus Operations and we are looking for an employee for the position "Customer Resolution Specialist" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Participate in and contribute to a high performing cross functional Customer Account Support Team and Customer Resolution Services Team
• Responsible and proactive management of the customer specific open order book
• Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through industry leading quick response times as well as responses to all customer requests and inquiries
• Handle quotations and customer orders governing the products including timely follow up on quotations, claims and orders Order with KPIs
• Maintenance of customer records
• Drive customer satisfaction by providing high quality responses to all customer related requests for spare parts and related services
• Maintenance and development of the customer service quality level
• Directly contribute to the increase in customer satisfaction and internal and external communication related to customer material
• Support organization in violation on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
• Train and Support our customers in using our e-commerce platforms
• Participate in back-up arrangements in support of absence by other Customer Resolution Specialists
• Participate in periodic functional and cross-functional (e.g. projects, meetings etc) as per agreement with the Manager

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain or a comparable qualification
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of Disposition/ Material procurement, Customer Service and Logistics
• Shipping or aviation knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• German is a plus
