In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a department management of Corporate Communication (m/w/d) at the location Fürstenwalde/Spree, Demmin or Potsdam.

In this position, you take over the management of the Corporate Communication department with the focus on social media, web, internal communication and project communication. Your focus here is on developing and implementing communication strategies for internal and external audiences. For the efficient control and further development of the digital channels (web, social media) in close coordination with the departments. In your area of responsibility, the development and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as the design and implementation of the communication measures for enterprise-wide projects (e.g. infrastructure, transformation or digitization projects) are also included. You support corporate positioning through proactive theme planning, storytelling and cross-channel campaigns. In the context of corporate communication, you are responsible for reputation management and internal crisis communication to promote corporate culture, change processes and collaboration. You work closely with the Executive Board and the management of the subsidiaries in the coordination of central communication concerns.

You have a completed university degree with focus on communication sciences, public relations, journalism or media sciences. You can present several years of experience in corporate communication, ideally focusing on internal communication, project communication, digital media or social media management. You emerge through strong strategic thinking, creativity and a very good feeling for trends in digital, internal and project-related communication. You have already gained experience in leading teams as well as stakeholder management at different hierarchy levels. You have excellent communicative skills, high text security and a safe occurrence. Knowledge of content strategies, editorial planning, project management and digital marketing are also advantageous here.
