Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Contract period: unlimited in parttime 75%

Our range of services:

Our clinics for women's medicine and childbirth aid with an affiliated MVZ seat offer the entire range of services across all areas of conservative and surgical gynecology at the two locations Ludwigsburg and Bietigheim. The surgical spectrum of women's medicine ranges from general gynecology with a focus on myomatherapy, oncological surgery, pelvic floor surgery, outpatient surgery, and senology. Under the motto: "Two sites - a mission", there was a location-specific focus that enables us to optimally introduce our expertise in the care of patients.

Your tasks:

• Own-sponsored leadership, organisation and coordination of the Chief Medical Secretariat
• Coordination of appointments and meetings of the Medical Director and planning of missions
• Processing of input and output mail
• Processing of email input, online appointment requests and telephone appointments
• Support in planning congresses and symposiums

Your profile:

• Complete training in the medical field, ideally in the field of gynecology and first professional experience in the field of secretariat

• ORBIS knowledge

• Very good German and good English skills

• Funded PC knowledge and knowledge of popular MS Office applications

• Embossed organizational skills combined with communication and team skills

• A sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment

• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
