We are looking for a:n Marketing Manager:in which our marketing manager is at the side of our daily work – with creativity, structure and performance focus.

Text creation You write targeted texts for social media, ads, landing pages, newsletters, PR articles, etc. You bring complex topics to the point – clear, concise and with a sense of tonality. Public relations You help build and maintain our media contacts. You develop storylines, prepare press releases and help increase our visibility in the public. Performance Marketing (Social Media Focus) You design and control paid social campaigns (e.g. on Meta, LinkedIn, if necessary TikTok) in close coordination with the marketing manager. You track KPIs, test creatives and optimierst campaigns after performance. Project Management in Marketing You take part projects on your own – from campaigns to product launches to content initiatives. You co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders and make sure things come into play – and remain in motion. Media creation You work with the design team (or create simple content yourself) – slides, visuals, stories, ads, infographics etc. You have an eye on how content looks good and works.

Experience in marketing, ideally focusing on social media / performance / communication and CRM Very good voice and experience in texts for different channels Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn), ideally incl. Tracking and Analysis Good knowledge of tools such as Adobe CS (or Canva), Meta Business Manager, Google Workspace Bonus: Experience with PR work, tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or easy video editing Independent, structured working and organisational talent
