Coordination and control of construction sites and ensuring smooth implementation of construction projects Creation of the construction planning and the performance directories as well as participation in the work preparation Organisation and monitoring of the provision of services by post-contractors and ensuring safety at work on construction sites Processing of work costing and monitoring of economic project development Control and optimisation of the construction process using LEAN instruments and guidance of the technical construction site personnel Implementation and further development of BIM work methods at the construction site
