At the next time, we are looking for you as a process engineer (m/w/d) on behalf of our customer in Pretzfeld.

This profile brings you to process engineering (m/w/d):

• Complete design for machining mechanic (m/w/d)
• Experience in working preparation of a metalworking plant
• Experience in series production desired
• Multiannual experience in process optimization of machining processes
• Very good technological knowledge in the field of cutting tools
• Target-oriented and systematic operation

Your Tasks as Process Engineer (m/w/d):

• Development of technological tasks within the framework of machining technologies
• Active design of process development as part of tool tests and their documentation
• Optimization of processes in terms of clock time, quality and process safety
• Consistent exhaustion of cost-cutting potentials, e.g. by calculating the cost-effectiveness of tool changes, evaluation and analysis of tool life, monitoring tool costs
• Support for the introduction of new products and change projects
• Support of prototypes, sample and test parts, as well as the serial start of new parts
• Cooperation in the design and procurement of new equipment
• Support in instructing, training and further qualification of employees
