Creation and timely provision of documents: compilation and delivery according to customer specifications, templates and schedules. Efficient document management: care, organisation and management of all relevant documents. Cross-departmental communication: close cooperation with internal departments, subsidiaries and external partners. Creating customer-specific shipping documents: ensuring compliance with all requirements and standards. Commercial settlement: care and management of debitors. Systematic maintenance of commercial data. Examination and processing of sales documents. Creation of invoices, bank guarantees and guarantees.

Export and payment processing: Examination and processing of export credits. Follow-up of payment receipts and settlement of commission payments. Ensure export control in accordance with applicable rules.
