In our Osnabrücker headquarters, you will see the interface between customers who want to book the coffee bike for their event, and our franchise partner: in those who do the coffee catering with their bike. Together with your team, you will acquire new bookings, advise new and existing customers on the phone and process the catering orders.

On the phone you accompany our customers: from the request to the order booking to the billing of the coffee caterings carried out You manage, document and transfer booking and contact information In direct contact with the coffee makers:inside and our customers, you will ensure your satisfaction You increase the order volume by targeted advice, active read-out of offers and the sale of our catering service Together with your team, you are constantly working to optimize and actively shape the processes and offer within the department.

A completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk, merchant for office management or merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management) is desirable It is also possible to cross-enter administrative, event or retail traders, catering or similar industries. You like to phone, place value on interpersonal communication and have a high level of service orientation The motivation to work into our systems (e.g. Salesforce, Business Central) You have fun organizing and work on results A safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
