Technical Service Specialist for Photovoltaics and BESS (m/f/d)

You support our control room and plant management in complex technical issues and escalation Analyze fault images and performance problems, perform root cause analyses and develop sustainable technical solutions You coordinate special technical measures and tax their implementation You evaluate technical plant data, guide action recommendations and identify optimization potentials You take over the technical execution of complex warranty and warranty cases as well as the coordination with customers, manufacturers and service partners You work closely with internal specialist departments, manufacturers, service partners and customers to efficiently implement technical solutions You continuously develop technical standards, best practices and workflows for the processing of complex technical issues in the control room If necessary, you also support the technical plant management

You have a successfully completed training in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification You have several years of practical experience in technical service, management or operation of solar parks You have already gained well-founded knowledge in the field of photovoltaics, energy systems or industrial plants You like to work in new technical questions and want to continuously expand your expertise in photovoltaics and battery storage You have very good German skills in word and writing, English skills are advantageous In dealing with MS Office and ideally monitoring and CMMS systems, you are safe You have a class B licence You draw from a structured and independent way of working
