The overarching and sub-year control of the maintenance measures and orders within the assigned IH budget, taking into account the operation, technology, economy as well as quantity, budget and price control in close coordination with the budget managers is one of your tasks You coordinate monthly and annual accounts, guide network-internal control and performance dialogue and work closely with the controlling and regional units The analysis of key figures as well as the creation of evaluations (including make-or-buy, quantity / price, material consumption, order quality, security costs, construction site failures) including the derivation of measures and savings potentials is also part of your responsibility You design medium-term maintenance planning, supported in the development and control of special programs Through continuous monitoring, you ensure high data quality as well as the maintenance of order statements

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed degree in economic engineering or a comparable qualification with completed commercial or technical training incl. Further qualification as a farmer:in Experiences in managing budgets, orders or programs, ideally in the environment of maintenance, network or infrastructure, are advantageous You have a high IT affinity (knowledge Power-BI, VBA), have gained initial experience in programming, brings SAP knowledge with you and feel safe in handling evaluations, monitorings and digital planning tools You can demonstrate a strong analytical understanding and experience in handling key figures, planning and control instruments You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex relationships A strong communication and coordination capability completes your profile
