Central:r and technical:r Contact person:in Germany for the implementation of process and legal requirements for the handling of pollutants (in particular asbestos, PCB, PAK, KMF, etc.) as part of ongoing maintenance and housing modernization Active cooperation in cross-departmental projects to optimize the requirements for handling pollutants Analysis and ongoing optimization of existing processes in cooperation with all stakeholders Link between the central technology of the object holding companies and the operating units Support of sites in the control of regional and supra-regional laboratory and rehabilitation service providers Compliance with all relevant provisions, standards and technical and legal regulations Support for decentralised locations in performance and loss

Successfully completed vocational training in crafts, complemented by a further education as a master/technician or a comparable study Multiannual professional experience as an expert:in the field of building pollutants as well as restoration/reconstruction Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations, regulations and standards Ideal expertise according to TRGS 519 and/or TRGS 524 Good knowledge in handling MS Office (especially Excel) and ability to targeted analysis of larger data volumes Self-responsible work and cross-disciplinary thinking - driving licence (class B) readiness to travel throughout the federal territory
