We are looking for the location Eschborn, Bonn, an IT specialistin Microsoft Intune Engineer Start date: 15.08.2025 / Full or part time Field of activity: The Digital Transformation and IT-Solutions division (DIGITS) promotes the digital transformation of GIZ, controls the portfolio of IT projects, develops and operates IT systems, supports the IT-support of the external and internal structure, guarantees high IT security, supports operational data protection management and contributes to better internal processes and cross-departmental cooperation through digital solutions. It makes a decisive contribution to the success of the company for GIZ's business and for our global projects of international cooperation. The IT-operated department bundles services to provide a stable, secure and sustainable infrastructure and represents the technological basis for modern, effective and efficient work. The ''Digital Workplace - Client Management'' group deals with the strategic orientation, further development and management of the technical workplace equipment.

Management, testing, provision of terminal configurations, guidelines for smartphones and notebooks via MS Intune Management, testing and deployment, troubleshooting of software packages Windows, iOS, Android via MS Intune Maintenance and redevelopment of automated systems and processes in the field of client management (e.g. software individual assignments via software catalog) software assignment based on dynamic groups by filtering on user properties such as e.g. Department/Location etc. Provide self-service for software distribution, hardware distribution and password reset – ITSM portal for example with Powerapps Optimization of bandwidth usage and reduction of network load by central management and distribution of updates and software packages Cooperation in the development of the global IAM with Microsoft Entra ID as the basis for automation. Administration of terminal environment (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop incl. Error analysis and fixation Close cooperation with our IT security team (endpoint MS-Defender, hardening, vulnerability and patch management) Creation of scripts based on Powershell and/or Bash, maintenance of documentation (ISO/GS manuals), instructions, privacy statements etc.

Required criteria: Studies in computer science, training as a specialist in computer science*in system integration or similar, or comparable relevant long-term professional experience Long-standing expert knowledge in the design and operation of Microsoft Intune and in the automated provision of endpoints in the business environment Long-standing relevant professional experience in product/project management and administration of Microsoft Intune, Smartphones and Notebooks Funded long-term technological expertise with Microsoft Intune and Windows/iOS/Android/MacOS operating systems in the enterprise environment Certifications ITILv4 Foundation, ISO27001 Long-standing experience in Microsoft Graph, Powershell, Tools Graph Explorer, Power Automate, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID German and good knowledge of English Weekly criteria: Experience abroad is beneficial
