As an employee in education coordination (w/m/d), you are responsible for the service planning of our employees and trainers and ensures that our educational measures offered can take place taking into account our quality processes. As an employeein Education Coordination (w/m/d), you are responsible for planning (from day to year planning) and the use of our educational staff, the associated premises and the technical equipment, always in coordination with the Education Coordinatorin. You coordinate the deployment planning for about 40 colleagues in education at 5 locations of the Südbrandenburg branch and ensure their availability. You are responsible for controlling the cost-conscious bets, possibly leading to vulnerabilities. countermeasures and plans and monitors the implementation of all commissioning measures taking into account the contractually agreed content and objectives You are responsible for the acceptance and processing of complaints, hints and complaints and guide them accordingly, taking into account the quality management process. You are also responsible for the performance of hospitations/study samples (according to the quality management work instruction “Intern evaluation of the service”).
