REQUIREMENTS

• Installation, armor and operation of modern CNC turning and CNC milling machines for manufacturing high-precision components
• independent clamping and alignment of workpieces technical drawings and fixing of suitable tools, clamping and measuring means
• creation, adaptation and optimization of CNC programs and Implementation of completed programme corrections

PROFIL

• Professional experience in operation, setup and programming of CNC turning and/or CNC milling machines is advantageous
• Knowledge in handling CNC controls, ideally Heidenhain (e.g. TNC640, iTNC530, MANUALplus or CNC PILOT), are desirable
• Safe handling of technical drawings as well as measurement and Test equipment for quality control
