Personnel Officer - Recruiting (m/f/d)

You control the recruiting process end-to-end – from the need clarification, job alerts and interviews to the setting – and for a convincing Candidate Experience. You design job advertisements together with the departments and conduct interviews. You accompany selection decisions, including cooperation with the works council and the creation of work contracts. You build recruiting reports, test KPIs, keeps the key figures in mind and derives concrete recommendations for action (e.g. Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, ...). You continuously optimize recruiting and HR processes and drive digitization/automatization You create a structured onboarding and accompany new employees from the first day. You plan and organize trade fair appearances (preparation, material, presence on site) and represent us as contact person:in. You develop employer branding measures and implement them together with HR/Marketing. You are introducing yourself into HR projects (e.g. tools, workflows, standards) and actively shape improvements.

Successfully completed study of the fields of Business Administration or Psychology with the focus on human resources or a comparable degree. As an alternative, a successfully completed training to/from the personnel service provider (m/w/d) and/or further training to/from the personnel businessman (IHK) (m/w/d). Multiannual professional experience in recruiting a commercial enterprise – ideally with employee representation. You have joy in numbers and analyses: You develop reportings, evaluate KPIs, control key figures and make concrete measures and recommendations. The search for suitable talents makes you happy – and you have a good feeling for personalities. You enjoy working together in the team and dealing with people and a binding customer and service-oriented appearance. You like to pack pragmatically, work independently, well structured and solution-oriented – dedicated, flexible and with a view to the essential. Communication is important to you: you communicate at eye level, get active in the team and work closely with your colleague. Last but not least: You bring social competence and humor.
