Conception, implementation and further development of clinical training, workshops and training (on site and digital) Training of medical personnel (including doctors, nurses) and internal colleagues Developing indi­vidual training programmes designed to meet customer needs Creation and maintenance of training documents, presentations and e‐learning formats Invite, collect and evaluate customer feedback to improve training programs in a consistent manner Close cooperation with the sales team on the coordination of priorities Representation of the company at congresses and special events

Completed training in a relevant medical field, e.g. medical technology, care or logopadies / breathing therapy Multiannual clinical experience or experience as trainer / Educator in health Strong communication and presentation skills Creativity and fun in innovative and new approaches Joy in sharing knowledge and working with people Structured, self-employed and solution-oriented work Travel
