Do you want to have a look at the great whole of construction, infrastructure and real estate projects and want to introduce and develop your know-how in an innovative and dynamic team? As a consultant (w/m/d), you identify risks, control contract deviations and develop strategies for critical project situations. Identification, evaluation and consulting of project risks in all project phases Evaluation and control of any contract deviations in project execution Support in the area of contract design and negotiation strategies Participation in developing strategies for stabilising critical project situations Support in the resolution of conflicts Participation in the analysis and negotiation of supplementary claims from all areas of focus, as well as in German and international contractual forms (AHO, HOAI, VOB, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, architecture, real estate economics, BWL or WiWi with a focus on real estate or construction, or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the form of internships or student work activities in consulting, contract management or project management are desirable, but no need Experience in the calculation/creation, or examination of yields of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication skills
