About your internship: The Deutsche Bank internship is designed to help you develop your skills with training and continuous support. You can build a wide network of colleagues from different areas of our bank. About Deutsche Bank Management Consulting: Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (Inhouse Consulting) contributes significantly to implementing the strategic vision of the Deutsche Bank Group. We support the Group Management to develop and implement the Group strategy in detail. Our teams lead and support strategically important projects in Frankfurt, London and New York in cooperation with our international partners. Thanks to our variety of projects, our overview of the Group and our rapid growth, we are the ideal starting point for applicants to start a career at Deutsche Bank.

As an intern*in, an exciting and varied activity awaits you. From the first day on, you work within one of our project teams on a strategic topic for the bank and quickly take ownership of individual project tasks. In addition, you will accompany your project team to major agreements with our project customers. In cooperation with business partners and your DBMC colleagues, you can immerse yourself in project-specific topics and acquire bank-wide knowledge at the same time. Possible fields of activity include: Strategic initiatives Digitization programmes Transformation programmes Restructuring programmes Process optimization

You have gained first experience in project work or consulting and have been abroad for several months? Are you interested in non-university, for example in voluntary training? You like to work in the team and your communicative skills in German and English are convincing, making it easy for you to act in a global working environment? You are not afraid to analyse complex problems and develop methods to address them, and could this already prove in first internships or professional experiences? You have already gained first experience with artificial intelligence and are motivated to integrate it into your working day?
